OFFICIAL RULES:
	No purchase necessary to enter. Contest/Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on 9/25/03. Entrants must be 21 years of age or over. To enter, complete the contest/sweepstakes online form available at www.autogear.net. No faxes accepted. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on October 23, 2003.
	One winner will be randomly drawn from each of two categories, (1) CORRECT ANSWERS (2) INCORRECT ANSWERS, among all eligible entries received by 10/23/03 under the supervision of Auto Gear. The total value of each prize is $120-140. Drawings to take place on 10/24/2003. Prizes will be shipped FOB Syracuse, NY. Winners to be notified by mail within 30 days of drawing and prizes awarded promptly thereafter. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, to be returned within 14 days or an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Prize is not transferable, no cash equivalent permitted, and no substitutions will be made. Auto Gear is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries. Nor is any responsibility assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Auto Gear reserves the right to cancel the contest/sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted. All taxes on the prizes are the responsibility of the winners. Winner's acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's names for the purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation.
