AUTO GEAR VOCATIONAL TRANSFER CASES ARE DESIGNED FOR YOUR DUTY CYCLE
Automotive transfer cases are optimized for 'low'-- low cost, low fuel consumption, low noise and low shifting effort. The 'highs'-- high mobility and high durability are somewhere on the second page. If your customers think 'offroading' means just another day at the office your priorities are necessarily different. Auto Gear transfer cases are designed to meet the demands placed on working vehicles, with generous gearing, oversize bearings and robust, rigid cases.

CONFIGURED TO FIT YOUR CHASSIS
If your engine doesn't lead, and your chassis doesn't have four wheels at the corners and a transfer case to drive them in the middle, an automotive transfer case may not even be an option. Auto Gear designs can drive six, eight or more wheels, provide 'antiengine' outputs for 'pusher' configurations, enable alternative drives, or support centerline power takeoffs. And whatever you need, your Auto Gear transfer case can be installed remotely or directly, and clocked at any angle, right, left or vertical.

TOOLED FOR YOUR PRODUCTION
If your production isn't measured in thousands, until now your choices have been limited buy an existing automotive assembly, hoping it will survive and remain available, or underwrite a very expensive custom gearbox. Auto Gear transfer cases are 'semicustom' designs tooled for efficient low volume production. By incorporating proven 'vocation ready' elements we can shorten your development cycle and minimize your acquisition and unit costs.
