Call us. Our technician will discuss your application and determine the services……rebuilding,
case repair, ratio change, upgrades……that you may require. Based on this, the technician will
estimate your cost and turnaround time.
Ship your transmission……prepaid and insured….to our plant at 530 State Fair Blvd, Syracuse, NY
13204. Include your name and contact information. All units must be drained before shipping.
Upon receipt, we’ll clean, strip, inspect and advise the condition of your transmission. There is a
charge of ONE (1) HOUR’S shop rate for this service. We will provide pictures of any items we
believe need to be replaced, and update our estimate.
Then we will rebuild or upgrade your transmission using only genuine AUTO GEAR parts….the same
ones used in your “Syracuse” transmissions. (view our rebuild form)
Upon completion, you will be notified and, arranging payment, we will return your transmission and the
parts replaced. The gearbox will be shipped in the same packaging used for our new Syracuse
four-speeds.
